Fertile soil forms the foundation of our modern societies. Although we should be doing everything we can to sustain it, when we look around us, we see a very different story.
Both political initiatives and local action are necessary to secure access to food and sustainable livelihoods for everyone. While measures to foster sustainable agriculture already exist, they remain under-used, both on a small and large scale. Even though the majority of the earth’s human population lives in cities, we can all do our part to save soils around the world.
